Housing,door frame: Die-casting aluminum made fixture with corrossion-resistant polyester powder coat finish.The door frame is secured to the housing with four stainless steel screws and keep linked to the housing with two stainless steel rings when unscrew the door frame for preventing it from falling down.Provide easy relamping with high security.
Gear box: The die-casting aluminum gear box separated with the optic compartment, facing opposite to the houing for optimum temperature isolation.The cover of gear box is fixed with stainless steel screws from bottom side for keep the cover free from falling down when
unscrew the cover from up side for quick and easy maintenance on electricals.
Reflector:High specular anodised aluminum reflector with both symmetric and asymmetric available provides high uniformity and optimum reflecting efficiency.
Sealing gasket: Heat-resistant silicon gasket sealed arround the slot of the housing and the gear box for ensuring high performance of protection against moisture and contaminant.
